Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved in the following circumstances:
- You did not receive access to your purchased product within 24 hours of successful payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The digital files provided are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description displayed at the time of purchase.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- You have accessed or downloaded the digital product and later decide you no longer wish to use it.
- Your request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The product substantially matches the description, module list, previews, and features presented on our website, but does not meet your personal preferences or expectations beyond what was advertised.
- You purchased the product by mistake after completing payment.
As this is an instant-access digital product, refunds cannot generally be offered once access to the product has been provided, except in the circumstances specifically described above or where required under applicable law.
How to Request a Refund

- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The refunded amount will generally be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
